  Meine Gedanken sind bei den Angehörigen und allen queeren Menschen. Ein Fahrzeug wurde gestern in den CSD Berlin gelenkt. Eine Person wurde getötet, drei schweben in Lebensgefahr, dreizehn weitere wurden verletzt.

  Most posts about #37c3 were published on the Fediverse. I found 11.130 posts on the Fediverse (known to chaos.social or mastodon.social), 2.620 posts on X/Twitter and 1.069 on ATProto/Bluesky. Published between 2023-12-23 and 2023-12-31. (I haven't figured out how to collect posts on Threads, but I have found 150 there. Maybe there are more, but they don't show up in the search results.)

Ich habe das Glück, dass die Geschäftsführung sich Mühe gibt ein transparentes und nachvollziehbares Gehaltsmodell zu haben: Es gibt ein Basisgehalt, das für alle gleich ist. Über drei Erfahrungsstufen erhöht es sich jeweils um 10%. Zusatzverantwortung bringt ebenfalls eine prozentuale Erhöhung.   Letzte Woche wollte ich Überstunden abbauen und habe gefühlt jeden Tag früher Schluss gemacht. Insgesamt habe ich 7 Minuten abgebaut. Ich habe tatsächlich an vier von fünf Tagen früher Schluss gemacht. Aber halt nur ein paar Minuten. Und an dem einem Tag, wo ich was fertig gemacht habe, habe ich knapp eine Stunde länger gearbeitet. (Durch die offene Urlaubsregelung ist das alles vor allem für mich selbst relevant.)
