Cooked some Cajun chicken pasta I used some chicken breasts seasoned with Cajun, abodo and salt, shredded after pan frying. I made sauteed some onions with bell peppers before adding in some tomato sauce with roasted garlic, basil, and spinach. Lastly I added in some cooked penne pasta and grated Parmesan cheese for the flavors to soak in.

I made some apple and pear punch with a hint of cinnamon. I mashed the left over fruits to make some jam again from the remains. I added some additional Hawaiian sugar and a pinch of cinnamon-sugar mix for the jam. ๐ ๐ Ingredients: 2 cups of apple and pear cubes (1 apple and pear) 1/4 cup of sugar or honey 1 cinnamon stick (lightly boiled) This recipe is fun to try with different types of apples and pears. I feel like maybe there's some herbs missing besides some citrus zest.

Made this on budget meal. It was honestly very tasty. I made the sauce as creamy as possible without overpowering flavors. The peanut butter gives extra protein to the dish. Ramen noodles in a Thai peanut sauce and boiled eggs. Ingredients: 1-2 Packs of ramen noodles 2 tablespoons of peanut butter 1 tablespoon of soy sauce 1 teaspoon of maple syrup 1 teaspoon of sesame oil 1/4 cups of ramen broth or water Optional: 1-2 teaspoons sriracha or chili garlic sauce 1 clove garlic, minced or grated
