I'm so tired of seeing rock/pop bands with front-girls wearing super short skirts, super short jeans, showing too much skin, I don't know why, it just disguss and annoys me. IT ISN'T NECESSARY, you know??? It's about music, not fucking fashion or image. It really sucks... #music

OK... I love music, I am a musician and I CONSUME a lot of music. OK? Right. So... I love Youtube, I left IG, Facebook and Twitter a few years ago. So, Youtube IS definitely my digital platform to watch live music videos, interesting content and a long ETC... BUT. I'm TIRED of seeing bands and music projects (I mean, ANY style: rock, alternative, pop, tech, electro, folk, etc) with front-women showing their asses and a lot of skin, I don't know why... I don't even know...

32 years ago Henri Rollins said in Woodstock: "I wanna live long, man.. I don't wanna get shot by a 17 year old." My god... today we are wishing the same here in Chile. Globalization finally did it.

Don't like to think too much: it makes me think too much... It keeps my mid on my mind. Don't wanna see too much: it makes me see too much. Sometimes I'd rather be blind. All the things that they're saying and doing when they pass me by, it just fills me up with noise... It overloads me. I wanna disconnect myself, pull my brains damn out and unplug myself... I want nothing right now: I want to pull it out. DISCONNECT MYSELF. DISCONNECT MYSELF. - Henri Roll...

Has anyone tried Vietnamese coffee? Last week I tasted a hazelnut capuccino from Vietnam, it was so delicious. They make this coffee preparation with beaten eggs in boiling water; so rare and yummy at the same time!

Today was the Marathon of Santiago 2026. The first place in the 42k category was for a kenyan, with a spectacular performance, and a considerable advantage over the second place. On the other side, the third place was for the chilean Hugo Catrileo, who made less than a minute more than the winner. Good for him ✊🏼 The first place for women's 42k was for Ethiopia, breaking the world record after 11 years without surpassing the world's best time. Exciting and full of adranaline!! 🔥...

Today I found out about the death of Rodrigo Ulloa, an important rock journalist and radio announcer from Chile. He interviewed lots of rock stars like Ozzy, Tom Araya, Eddie Vedder, Paul McCartney, and so many others... he was a young professional with more than 20 years of radio experience and a lovely easy going way of being. I don't know how old was he, but i think no more than 48. He had been ill for the past couple of weeks. Even his family asked publicly for blood donors. He pa...

Hey everybody! Time has come: today is our last day here in this house.. I've been throwing away, giving away and selling lots of things, and packing everything into boxes the last days. Tomorrow we are moving out! So, I will be off Mastodon for a few days, until everything returns to normal. Wish me luck!! It will be exhausting (it's been exhausting already), but soon it will over!! Go!! Love you all 🫶🏼

I'm definitely changing my operating system to Linux Ubuntu. I mostly use a decent laptop (An ACER Aspire, 10th gen i3, 8 gb RAM) for my daily routine: google, mail, youtube, movies, music... it runs perfectly smooth with Windows 11, I don't need more than that, honesty. But: I know there are LOTS of apps running without knowing what they are, consuming my computer resources and constantly sending information without my permission (OK, with my permission, 'cause we all accept the co...

Today begins Lollapalooza in Santiago. One of the most hated AND beloved festivals here in Chile. It is expected that more than 80,000 people will attend daily. For me, Lolla is the biggest shopping-mall Festival (something like Coachella but here in Chile). The experience inside is unethically full of advertising: every corner, every stage, every tent and every activity. But still.. Last year TOOL came to Southamerica for the first time thanks to Lolla. Otherwise, they would hardly have com...

I miss a lot of concerts lately because of money issues: live music is too expensive and it's getting worse every day. So: I appreciate very much when people record the whole show and post it on their Youtube channel. What a bless! Many of them are getting pro, with very cool audio and they make sure that the show looks good on video. Totally a win-win thing. I can enjoy the show in my place with good sound and quality, and they earn some money with their Youtube views. BUT: COME ON......

Because of my stepdaughter's love for Tyler the Creator, I watched his show in Lollapalooza Chile last night and I can tell you, I am shocked: this guy, totally alone on an empty (and huge) stage, rapping, singing and dancing -again, alone- in front of a sea of thousands of people during almost 1 and a half hour... What a personality! Charming, sympathetic, and talented, he was in absolute control of the show, and capable of maintaining a performance on his own: no dancers, no band, no o...

Let's talk about Skrillex... [Some kind of Live Review] Yeah: I am one of those metalheads who love his early work back in 2010-2012, completely amazed by its insane, multi layer songs, touching crazyness, bordering on madness and huge arrangement-complexity. I think that material is really something even today. This guy strangely became massive globally with a mix of electronic genres like dubstep, house and electro dance with a kind of distorted synth riffs and unexpected rythms with...

I think fediverse has returned my calm and tranquility. Centralized social media definitely is a source of garbage, advertising, disinterest and violence in all areas, and it's been a long journey to realize for me. I thank especially all the kind people I have met in all this time here, and beige.party for opening me its doors to a diverse, fun and respectful space. I finally see and get the superficiality in centralized social media.. one of the most painful things emotionally besides...
