Today I found out about the death of Rodrigo Ulloa, an important rock journalist and radio announcer from Chile. He interviewed lots of rock stars like Ozzy, Tom Araya, Eddie Vedder, Paul McCartney, and so many others... he was a young professional with more than 20 years of radio experience and a lovely easy going way of being. I don't know how old was he, but i think no more than 48.
He had been ill for the past couple of weeks. Even his family asked publicly for blood donors. He passed away last night and his beloved radio station is in mourning (radio Futuro).
Rest in peace my friend. You never knew me, but still a lot of radio and rock lovers loved you and considered you as their friend too. Besides, we both born in the same city at the end of the world: Punta Arenas. Have a nice trip man! π€πΌπ€
