Hvorfor er der lige at når en teenager deler noget musik, bliver de sagsøgt for millioner og truet med at få lukket deres internetforbindelse - men når et politisk parti gør det, får de en pæn henstilling, beklager, og bortforklarer deres manglende respekt for ophavsretsloven med at det bare er fordi de kan lide sangen? Sig mig, tror de ikke teenagere kan lide det musik de deler?

As a software developer who took an elective in neural networks - when people call LLMs stochastic parrots, that&#39;s not criticism of their results. It&#39;s literally a description of how they work. The so-called training data is used to build a huge database of words and the probability of them fitting together. Stochastic because the whole thing is statistics. Parrot because the answer is just repeating the most probable word combinations from its training dataset. Calling an LL...

My brother has had enough of Windows 11. He really wants to keep playing his (mostly Bethesta, which don&#39;t support Linux) pirated games. He knows nothing about Linux, and I don&#39;t want to be Linux support. Which would better support his games? - Linux/Wine/Proton? - Windows 7? (Maybe Windows 10 could be a third option, but he might not like that any better than 11, considering that he upgraded from Windows 7 to 11, skipping both 8 and 10).
