  The way ADHD traits manifest actually varies quite a bit depending on the environment. If we're put in a bad environment, distractibility runs rampant, and if our health is poor, impulsivity increases. My workplace is in a really bad state right now, so I'm forgetting tasks more frequently. However, I can't say that all of it is entirely my fault.
