The original plan was for HS2 to be the start of a network of high speed rail in the UK going to Manchester, Leeds, the north etc. Sunak at the stroke of a pen cut it to a shuttle service between London and Birmingham - economic vandalism 2.     I&#39;m marking some student assignments at the moment and one yesterday stood out, but not for the right reasons. The language was professional sounding and articulate, polished even, but the flow of meaning meandered all over, repeated itself and lacked structure. Overall, the assignment did not impress (whilst superficially using impressive sounding, professional language).     @tero@rukii.net #dataquality is key to much of AI. The old &#39;Garbage In, Garbage Out&#39; maxim has never been more relevant. However, sadly, for many organisations, it has become &#39;Garbage In, Gospel Out&#39; where the outputs are overly trusted because there is too much belief in the infallibility of the tech
