  Using @littlesnitch@mastodon.obdev.at I found out that so many apps send telemetry to services like Sentry. They also still connect to HTTP on port 80. Yikes.

  Something has been bothering me lately. Mastodon is praised for genuine human interaction, mutual respect, and the lack of engagement-driven algorithms. Yet trending posts often still feel confrontational. People may ask for justified respect while resorting to generalizations, hostility, or contempt. Anger at mistreatment is understandable, but respect cannot apply only to people we agree with. A healthier network also depends on how we choose to speak to one another. #Mastodon

  Normally my Z2 = 6:30/km @ 145bpm Now with the heat and seasonal allergies I ran 6:30/km at average 166bpm. I like the sun and all, but for #running I prefer the rain and the cold.
