  Just activated reporting Font attributes in #NVDASR because I needed to hear which text in an HTML file was underlined. Sad that this HTML file is converted from markdown a LLM wrote, which thought it was necessary to **put** **little** **annoying** stars around every 3rd word, so now I hear bold, no bold, bold, no bold, all few seconds.   If any kind of media I post fails to send because of whatever limitations, then my Mastodon server should just compress it down to whatever the heck it thinks is right and post it. But if I have to spend 20 minutes hammering 50 FFmpeg commands and playing guessing games about why the fuck my Mastodon server can't process the entity I shoved up its wires, I might just not want to use it at all.

  Really impressed by how well the iPhone microphones cope with loud music at this point. I once took my Google Pixel 9 Pro to a concert, and it just crackled throughout the entire recording. But whatever the iPhone did, it did it right. So now I'm able to share some nice recordings from the first evening of the techno festival I'm at this weekend. Let me tell you, it was amazing.   Luckily it's still pretty cold in germany compared to the temperatures we had in the previous weeks, but it seems like the next heat wave is coming up next week. After having to spend an hour in a regional train with no working AC recently, with acordingly horrible air, I good a portable handhelld van which now arrived for such situations.

  So apparently at work they want us to start installing some kind of certificate on our private smartphones if we want to continue to use MS Teams/interact with any work data on there. Of course, I am not required to use Teams on there, but it's the easyest way to stay up to date on shit like Home Office days etc. Again this is Teams, not E-Mail, not any secret data.
