How ironic. My parents were just against getting a fiber connection a few months ago—too expensive, and because of the construction work and all that. But now we're getting a fucking new heater for thousands, where they have to drill from the basement all the way to the top of the house. This is going to be interesting for sure... I mean, of course I understand that a heater is something different from internet, but yeah, we seem to have A) different priorities, and B) just invalidate our own arguments after a while because there clearly weren't any in the first place and they were just used to shut you off. Welp, whatever. Hope nothing goes wrong and this isn't going to be overly annoying. I've slowly had enough of drilling sounds.
