    So the wife pointed out that I&#39;d got a bit too obsessed, fanatical with the autism books.     Latest in only gen x on team drama. I&amp;#39;m being told that &amp;quot;instant messaging&amp;quot; is asynchronous and that they don&amp;#39;t expect instant reply. But if you don&amp;#39;t want instant reply send an email. The look I got from the whole team when I said &amp;quot;am I just being painfully gen x about this&amp;quot; was withering. Even over zoom. They even explicitly gave me permission to not reply immediately.

    I think one thing with UK politicians on all sides is that they believe their own bs. You expect them to say things like &amp;quot;I&amp;#39;ve a historic mandate for change&amp;quot; even if they have a tiny share of the vote. Saying it is ok, but of they actually believe it then they are truly lost.
