Today I learned, if you accidentally delete your Mastodon account, it will send out delete notifications to everyone who follows you so that they stop following you. Reinstating your account is not enough. Would appreciate a boost - I don't want to tag everyone who was previously following me. That feels very rude.

If Lebron is going to be at the Sixers I might actually have to follow the NBA next season. His justification boiling down to &quot;I want to work hard&quot; is unreal. There&#39;s no way they don&#39;t have a crazy season.

Remember that Pride ad that was doing the rounds a while ago? I think it was for a Scandinavian country but I don&#39;t remember which. The message from that video has really sat with me and I like the idea that a small gesture could put a stranger/potential friend so at ease. Does anyone know of somewhere I could get a Pride ally friendship-style bracelet that also supports a charity, rather than just some opportunistic etsy corpo?

Everything Apple ever tries to do &quot;smart” is just awful. Apparently a missed call, that is obvious spam because it got screened and they didn&#39;t leave a message, is a “priority notification”. Useless feature. Turned off.

I haven&#39;t been out on my bike in so long. Let me tell you; going out drinking, then trying to cycle 65km is not how you get back into it. I feel so old.

I like this idea for a social network a lot. I don&#39;t really see people enough in real life to actually make use of it, but it&#39;s not through a lack of interest.
