NZ is such a small place this stuff is inevitable. Comparing the first Welly water bills for the quarter as they start to land.... mines $518 for the quarter. Actually looking forward to a meter as I suspect mine will drop but we'll see. Friends/colleagues are seeing $700+ (incl pensioner).
