Our Christmas flight to Houston to see family got cancelled due to inclement weather and as I was reaching out to cancel travel plans my new pet/house sitter texts me and said that he wanted to double his rates. Mind, he negotiated rates a month before and he texted me his new rate just as we were scheduled to check in at the airport when it would&#39;ve been too late to make alternate arrangements. I felt crazy relief to be able to tell him that we didn&#39;t need his services anymore.

@GrimmReality your experience is directly correlated to the time and effort put into actively monitoring fediblock. There are entire instances that have been defederated that have that kind of content. If your admins don&#39;t care, the trolls will rival the worst of 8chan.

@RescueReports@journa.host Yes, we are taking comfort in that we were all safe from the chaos that is US domestic travel. re: Man vs Bee -- That series was so full of cringe, we couldn&#39;t last more than an episode.

@FriendlySociopath the older episodes of 8 out of 10 cats does countdown have a timeless quality to them. The ones with Sean Lock are particularly great, I miss him so much.
