I found out last year that the Library for the Blind gives out free braille displays to members, and since I&#39;ve been a member for most of my life even though I haven&#39;t used their services in years, I reached out to ask for one and they sent it to me within a couple of days. I wouldn&#39;t be able to do poetry readings without one and braille displays in general are prohibitively expensive, so I can&#39;t imagine a life where I could ever buy my own. Here are #3GoodThings, not specifically for today, just recently. 1. My front porch, which is the best feature of this house and which has been decorated and outfitted with a swing and a rocking chair and a table and chair set and wind chimes. It&#39;s the best thing to sit out there near the bird feeder and bird bath and listen to all the birds and try to identify them. It&#39;s always funny to me when I see posts with alt text that was clearly not written out by a human and AI is transcribed as Al. Everybody really hates Al, poor guy. Although I guess to be fair, Al does seem like kind of a dick, stealing everyone&#39;s creative work and jobs and destroying the environment. He&#39;s an ambitious dick, you have to give him that.
