Hello I had my first actually scary bear encounter today 😬 Was taking out the trash this morning and there were weeds over there, so I was bent over doing some quick weeding when I heard a grunt and a bear charged at me outta nowhere. Scared tf outta me!! They are very scary up close and coming at you! It backed off when I stood up and yelled, but we had a standoff for a bit where it held court over my whole driveway and I didn't know how to get back to my home lol so I just went for a walk...

So this was cool. A few weeks ago I noticed the ugliest fuckin caterpillar on my deck. Turns out it was fixin to take a nap. I've been watching and was lucky enough to catch them waking up today! The time between image #3 and #4 was 1 hour
