  Few things blew my mind as much as realizing that diswashers, ovens and fridges aren't immovable blocks fixed upon that point in the universe but can actually be pushed around.

  Once you've watched The Abyss you will want to beat whoever inspired James Cameron to make Avatar a franchise to death. Imagine a world where he spent his talent making blue-collar-grunt-in-high-stake-situations movies with the state of the art tech. Ok, for real, it was at most mediocre. It could have been AT LEAST 30 minutes shorter. And it could have been done by shaving down each scene, all of which were drawn out. But even then, they lacked in writing and cinematrography.
