  For months I’ve had an incredibly persistent accounts receivable scammer trying to convince my “accounting department” that I owe thousands of dollars to some sort of corporate training seminar.   a bit of recurring "how to grow your audience" advice I keep seeing is that the age of the album is over and that all music should be released as singles instead. What do y'all think? I definitely prefer albums as a listener, and also as a unit of musical storytelling.

  been trying to play Myst (2021) in VR and a few observations: 1. It makes me way motion-sick 2. They try to be too realistic with some stuff which makes the puzzle progression *super* tedious 3.   A fun game: do an image search on a term that also has been used for a name of a character in a popular piece of media. For example: Padparadscha takes 8 rows of results for the Steven Universe character to appear (on DuckDuck Go Images) Pearl, garnet, and amethyst are just gemstones for the entire first set of results Pink Diamond: SU character on the first row but it's mostly gemstones Spinel: the very first result is Steven Universe as are about a third of the images overall
