  Il y a bcp à dire sur le capitalisme et l’économie de marché, que l’on soit libéral ou non. Mais une chose est sûre : ce système se base sur le principe que la concurrence va pousser les entreprises à satisfaire les clients car sinon ils se détourneront de leurs produits. Or, depuis des années, des centaines d’entreprises choisissent plutôt de payer des millions en marketing et pour étouffer les scandales, que d’améliorer leurs produits pour les consommateurs. https://diaspora-fr.org/posts/11...

  So, call me a nerd, but I am rebuilding my personal website and wanted to use the Montserrat font. But the woff2 file is ~ 130kB. And I need the normal, italic, bold and bold-italic files. That means more than 500kB on my home page just for fonts. Ain't gonna happen. So I just launched for the first time the nice free software FontForge and removed all the characters which are not English nor French, and we are now down to 25kB per file. I wish more people would optimize their website.
