I almost died from chicken thighs. I was getting things out of the freezer and bumped some chicken thighs on the top shelf, put them back, finished pulling out the bag of shrimp, then proceeded to pull a chicken out of the bottom drawer as the frozen chicken thighs tried to escape again and landed on my head. 💥 Not as bad as the time when I had a 6 inch log over my head using it as a lever to rock the bumper that was stuck on a ledge of dirt.. and it broke. That rung my bell.

While most cops don't actually live where they work, they commute by car. The Chief of Police of Seattle lives in Chicago. That's 2 timezones away for our international audience, or 1700 miles, 2700 km... The funny thing is that a City of Chicago police officer is required to live in that city.

I'm not sure the frog wants to bee friends but he was still singing away. #wildlife #frog #bees

I planted tomatoes, 2 eggplants, and 1 double tomatillo today. The tomato bed is getting carrots planted with them this year, and the other bed will be filled out with some basil. I have one cherry tomato to put in the ground, and maybe another tomatillo next to it and finish out that row with Kentucky blue pole beans. Peppers will go out soon but no hurry since they have a little bit of extra space now indoors. Saw the first spouts of cucumbers and melons today too. #gardening #GrowYourOwn

    I always forget which way to plant the beans. #gardening #GrowYourOwn #SeedStarting #GrownFromSeed #RunnerBeans #ScarletRunnerBeans #EyesDown

Planted out the rest of the bok choy so I can officially have way too many bok choy plants, unless 18 isn't too many. This bed will get melons planted in it eventually. The center is being left to the fireweed growing in it and some marigolds that have sprouted and were put in there. #gardening #GrowYourOwn #BokChoy #garden #GrownFromSeed #April28

We have bok choy, or pak choi, in 2 days! Not on the heat, just under the lights. #gardening #SeedStarting #GrowYourOwn #PakChoi #BokChoy

Hawaiian chili peppers, Burpee big guy jalapeno, Red marconi sweet peppers, and 8 pots of replanted a week ago California Wonder sweet bell peppers. There's a full tray of 18 maximilian perennial sunflowers. The Detroit dark red beets are starting to come up too, some pea sprouts are visible along with most of the radish that are up, and most of the spinach and arugula up. #gardening #GrowYourOwn #SeedStarting #peppers #seedlings #March26 #garden

The bees are finding a lot of yellow pollen today, no idea what is is, no bees in the trees here. Easily 90-100 bees per minute with pollen. #beekeeping #bees #pollen #pollinators #YellowPollen #March18 #beehive
