⚠️ Today, Norwegian Consumer Council and @noybeu@mastodon.social filed a legal complaint against Schibsted, one of Norway’s largest commercial news publishers, for breaching several provisions of the GDPR. 💵 The complaint follows Schibsted’s introduction of “pay-or-consent” model on its news websites. Schibsted innfører nå dessverre en ny modell for å skaffe &quot;samtykke&quot; til å kunne dele personopplysninger med markedsføringsselskap (kjent som adtech). De ber leserne sine om å a) betale eller b) &quot;samtykke&quot; til delingen av opplysningene de samler inn mens du besøker nettsidene deres.
