    my youngest cat is so claw aggressive, i have to not only replace the existing couch arm cover (arriving Friday) but also just installed an under layer since the top cover has a whole in it... ...this innocent face is the culprit

    @autistics #ActuallyAutistic went to training on the new evaluation process at work and lots of red flags: (1) all criteria now defined under “behavioral criteria” -- told by a member of the disabled community “it&amp;#39;s a good thing” (2) system allows your manager to add/delete people you designate for peer feedback and you will never know (3) the consolidated system only allow you to add people who have accounts in the system unfuckinbelievable
