@autistics #ActuallyAutistic went to training on the new evaluation process at work and lots of red flags: (1) all criteria now defined under “behavioral criteria” -- told by a member of the disabled community “it's a good thing” (2) system allows your manager to add/delete people you designate for peer feedback and you will never know (3) the consolidated system only allow you to add people who have accounts in the system unfuckinbelievable
