  Bummer. My otherwise alive and capable #Casio #BabyG is not usable anymore. Not on my wrist anyway. The strap finally broke. And I can't find a replacement -- not from Casio, not online. Funny. Of all the models, I got the less common one. Not easy finding replacement bezel and strap for this one. 🙄

  It's Wednesday. It was traffic peak hours when I drove to a dinner meeting... No traffic at all! 😲🚦 I guess that's what happens when fuel prices get crazy expensive. I would've gone on my bicycle 🚲 but I wasn't feeling 100% -- and that's no good for active transport. I'm safer hiding in a metal shell. 🚗

  Interesting piece of #work news for me. That high ranking person who'd been repeatedly trying to get rid of me... and the one I believe to be fully/partly responsible for taking out one of my teammates and hiring a couple of new ones with no clear job descriptions... and who keeps messing with our tools like the CRM etc... This is his last month with us. I don't delight in people suffering or losing their #jobs. But that is one big thorn I'm glad to see go. Oh what a...

  Goodness gracious. Went on a breakfast ride and mid-meal I realize I don't have my wallet on me. It's a good thing this place takes digital payments. And it's a good thing I have my phone with me. 😅📱 And if they don't then I'd have to leave... um... I dunno... a #bicycle light? And then promise to come back and pay them. 🫠 Hmm... kidding aside.   My usual skin clinic has closed down. My second usual one, which is a branch of the first one, has closed down too. Other clinics nearby are crazy expensive. So I'm finding a new one and this clinic I'm trying today gives me a form to fill out. They want my full name, birthday, birthplace, home address, mobile, email, occupation... What in the world!? 🤨!!   I slept in on Saturday and today. Didn't get any riding done the past week. So I thought it'd be a good excuse to do a dinner ride. I set out 5PM. Weather app says it's 35C. Sunset is 6:14. How bad can it be, right? Bad. Even when I picked the more shaded streets to ride, I was overheating. My eyes started to feel funny. I was afraid I'd go blind again so I cut my pre dinner ride short. Glad I did. My face was so red... redder than when I rode exposed to the mor...
