    I won&amp;#39;t be running in the #copenhagenmarathon tomorrow, but I have been thinking of those who will, and looking back at my own marathon splits, especially for the second half. Each time, a little more controlled, but I still haven&amp;#39;t cracked the code on those last 5k. Marathons are hard, but so rewarding.     I ran my first ever #parkrun today: Tsurumi Ryokuchi parkrun in #Osaka. It was a great experience - I can see what all the parkrun hype is about now! It&amp;#39;s so cool that you can just roll up on a random Saturday in a random city and run a 5k! The volunteers were so friendly and enthusiastic, and the vibe was overwhelmingly positive. I definitely plan on doing more of these. Thank you to everyone who volunteered, and to those that ran, especially those who passed me in the final km, because...
