I ran my first ever #parkrun today: Tsurumi Ryokuchi parkrun in #Osaka. It was a great experience - I can see what all the parkrun hype is about now! It's so cool that you can just roll up on a random Saturday in a random city and run a 5k! The volunteers were so friendly and enthusiastic, and the vibe was overwhelmingly positive. I definitely plan on doing more of these. Thank you to everyone who volunteered, and to those that ran, especially those who passed me in the final km, because I went out too hard (again 🙄) #running #runnersofmastodon
