Shout out to ÚVT Internet for actually caring about my issues and trying to help / fix what I reported to them. Unlike Vodafone (at previous place I lived in) who treated me like worthless junk.

Seems like the network operator (not the ISP) somehow doesn&#39;t send PTB messages which breaks PMTUD.
