My life improved considerably when I realized I don’t have to eat our house-staple “kids friendly tomato sauce” as it is. I can treat it as a base. Takes less than five minutes to throw some garlic, anchovies and chili flakes into a pan with olive oil, cook a minute, 1tsp or two of ground spices from the spice rack, tadaaa, a sauce that tastes like something!

Hosting for podlovers.org costs $17 a month on DigitalOcean and it has no right costing that much. So occasionally I feel the need to move it to my new/main #nixos deployment. But WordPress really doesn’t fit the nixos world so after a short research stint I usually drop it and leave it for another day… I am thiiiiis close to just write a little thing in Elixir. Nothing big. Just enough to import and keep it running. Surely nothing that might get out of hand, right?

What do people use instead of #minio nowadays? (for local dev object storage thing) Apparently they pivoted their product to “AIStor” … “Exascale data store for high-performance AI workloads, natively supporting the S3 API for objects” STOP PUTTING AI IN EVERYTHING. Please?
