Thirty years ago, I spent hours sitting in front of a CRT monitor typing cryptic commands in white-on-black text with a flashing prompt to make cool stuff happen. Things have changed so much since then. Now the monitor is LCD.

Your odds of having to deal with challenges like these are a lot higher than you might know, or want to know. Emily, I hope things get a little easier for you soon.
