Just feeling thankful to the venue/programme staff member who defended my right to be able to sit where I chose to, last night, from the person next to me who was trying to hold the seats for his friends. First came, first seated kinda thing. Just saw a video about someone getting harassed to leave their airplane window seat they had paid for and not even the crew defended her... Made me feel extra thankful for the venue staff. #gratitude #positivity #kindness

Somehow I feel in the conversations about working hours and other hours we don&#39;t bring up the culture of &quot;extra curricular&quot; outings. Whether it be for a meal or a day or a stretched weekend. Some of us have been used to going for outings governed by elders since school and I realise we still follow the same etiquette and decorum with management when in reality it&#39;s just a suffocating wasted number of hours where doing anything else at all without the microscope...
