Maricela Rueda is still in segregation. There is still no reason being given to why she is being held there. This is a violation of her right to due process. We refuse to let her sit in a dungeon by herself while she is already bearing the burden of being incarcerated. We ask folks to take some time out of their day on Tuesday, July 28th to call and demand Mari be moved out of segregation and into general population! (1/2)

Do you know Savanna Batten? Has she positively impacted your life? If so, Savanna asks that you write a character letter on her behalf. Savanna needs as many letters as possible that testify to her character that can be submitted to the judge at sentencing. These letters are hugely important for sentencing and appeals. If you want to write a letter, reach out to us via DM or email at dfwsupportcommittee@hacari.com. These letters have some specific guidelines, so please contact us! @abc

We want to make you aware of an important privacy consideration before you submit your finalized character letter. Character letters become part of the federal court record and are publicly accessible via PACER, the government’s court document system. Given the political nature of this case, there is an increased risk that these documents could be accessed and shared by anyone, including the far right, as has happened in other political cases.

In EPISODE 4 of WHAT REALLY HAPPENED AT PRAIRIELAND, we get into the PROBLEMATIC POLICING that plagues not just this case, but the whole country. Witness over-the-top aggression and excessive use of force by Alvarado police officers including: 🔫 Thomas Gross - the man who started it all by drawing his gun, squatting into shooting position while taking aim at the back of an unarmed person going away from him 🔫 Darius "I Will Pop Your Ass" Bell

Episode 2 of WHAT REALLY HAPPENED AT PRAIRIELAND Was a shooter hiding in the woods? Was Benjamin Song seen right outside the woods & near the woods, concealed & lying in wait to ambush ICE officers? This is what the feds said in their initial complaint, then it was picked up & echoed over & over & over again by the media. You're smart, so I bet you know the answers! It's just a short stroll through a few bits of evidence & Googl...

Episode 3 of WHAT REALLY HAPPENED AT PRAIRIELAND is here! Aren't you excited to meet the ONE GUY (not a whole fake "Antifa Cell") responsible for the graffiti and other property damage? If you're starting to understand the supreme level of evil in the government's lies and why they had to HIDE THIS EVIDENCE FROM THE PUBLIC until way after trial, congrats! But also, I'm sorry! This is the world we live in.

WANT TO KNOW what really happened at Prairieland Detention Center last July 4th? The evidence in the Prairieland case has FINALLY been made public, so now you can see for yourself. And BIG SURPRISE - it's NOT what you heard from the government or on the news.

Dario Motions Update April 13 The state had not filed a response to the defense brief for quashing the indictment - the assistant writing the response was so behind on his work that the judge admonished him for stalling a different case. The judge gave the prosecution 30 days to file a response and ruled to postpone the trial.

New episode of Opening Arguments legal podcast! 9 people were convicted in TX fed court for participation in a protest outside the Prairieland ICE facility in a 1st-ever prosecution in which the DOJ claimed support for so-called “Antifa” constituted “material support for terrorism.” What can we learn about how the Trump administration is punishing dissent, & where do things go from here? The State vs. the Emma Goldman Book Club "During the long weeks after July 4, the defendants’ adhoc support committee found it challenging to find people to side publicly with their loved ones. Lawyers, even movement lawyers, fled from the case. Nonprofits ostensibly focused on ensuring First Amendment protections also turned their backs. (To this day, the ACLU of Texas has yet to comment.)" https://www.nplusonemag.com/online-only/online-only/the-state-vs-the-emma-goldman-boo...

Can’t come to Cleburne, plan an event in your city or town during the trial dates. Kicking someone from a group chat is NOT a crime.

How the Trump Administration Has Turned Left-Wing Activism Into Terrorism "One morning, Amber Lowrey, the sister of a defendant named Savanna Batten, showed up early after dropping her kids off at school.
