@jackwilliambell I&#39;m not invested enough to look up if any of this is statistically significant. My gut says it is all just normal people going missing stuff. Conspiracy theorists are just good at ignoring the obvious.

@jackwilliambell yep, the idea has traction in social media so I believe the algorithms are driving it now. Sometimes I will check in on r/ufo and it can get wild. People or maybe bots driving any blurry video to absurd conclusions. At least if I relate stupid stuff from r/ufo to a coworker it does not potentially lead to a visit with HR. Can&#39;t say the same for r/politics.
