    Democratic Socialists and other progressives seem to be dead set against #AI which I find incompatible with the whole concept of being progressive. Anti-AI bias like this seems more reactionary than anything else, which would seem to fall more into the conservative mindset. Now, yes, we do need massive oversight of an extremely powerful technology, so that&#39;s what we need to be advocating rather than any sort of shift away from AI, which just isn&#39;t going to happen.

    I just used Claude in Chrome to accessify the buttons for uploading my cover letter and resume as part of my application for another accessibility position posted on an inaccessible job website.

    Yesterday, I tried Claude in Chrome and, once again, I was able to complete and submit that inaccessible time card. It works on some sites and not on others, and there are some annoying accessibility issues, but, well... #accessibility #Claude

    Using Copilot in Microsoft Edge, I was just able to add all my hours for this week and submit the inaccessible timecard for one of my jobs. I confirmed everything was done correctly. Wow! #accessibility

    Asking whether or not you have to make something accessible is tantamount to asking if you really have to include those #disabled people. The correct answer is always an emphatic “YES!!!” #accessibility
