  今天跟同事聊瑜珈，一邊聊一邊搜尋以前去過的做瑜珈，沒想到看到結束營業的消息……想念那裡的老師，那兩間教室接住我很多很多 疫情後，因為搬辦公室，做瑜珈變得離家和公司都遠，我再也沒回去上課。雖然寫信道別了，心裡仍希望能在某個冷冷天去拜訪老師，喝老師煮的奶茶，當面向他們說謝謝 ※ 前陣子在健身房有不認識的住戶送了一張滿好的墊子，剛剛把墊子拿出來了

  Surprised to see this on Netflix so had to rewatch. Beautiful sceneries, yes, but what a phenomenal performance by London Philharmonic Orchestra. I am tempted to listen through it again with my eyes closed

  I bought large tubes of cheap paints on sale when I first started to oil paint. I started to use some last weekend. And, to my horror .... the oil has gone bad :scremcat: I guess I can still paint with them (?), but the smell is horrendous. I took the paintings to the garage hoping to air them out, if that's even possible. I don't know what to do. There was a WIP that I kinda learnt a lot and liked where I was going

That first leap of faith becomes an integral part to building interactions and is required much earlier in a counterintuitive way
