  Vibe coding is not ‘you coding’ Agents doing software development is not ‘you coding through them’. If you want to code, code. These other things will still exist. Things like that always have. Run by non-coders. Agentic software development (like low code /no code) is worse when done by experienced coders. Different type of thing. Not a criticism of you - a coder Not a criticism of ‘it’ - machine generated code. But late right sizing during hype is always hard. #AI

  Complaining when Shadow #AI is blocked is highlighting your own irresponsibility. Asking the people who blocked it “what is th risk?” Or saying “I think it is low risk” is disrespectful. They did it for a reason because it’s their job. Quite often they have spent more time dealing with the risk and issues caused by irresponsible people than the person focused on the shiny object.

  Someone DM’d me on LI. Cold. Told me how many lines of code and how many automated tests their #AI agent security <something something - got bored of the pitch>. Since when do lines of code go on a sales pitch? Or right, when a CEO vibe codes some nonsense and counts volume as work product. LOL
