Complaining when Shadow #AI is blocked is highlighting your own irresponsibility. Asking the people who blocked it “what is th risk?” Or saying “I think it is low risk” is disrespectful. They did it for a reason because it’s their job. Quite often they have spent more time dealing with the risk and issues caused by irresponsible people than the person focused on the shiny object.
