I think a lot about a talk that Linda Garcia Merchant gave years ago at UNL&#39;s DH Afternoons: &quot;Telling a Lie, Praxis as Purpose: Teaching Intro to DH Estilo Chingona.&quot; She wanted her students to stumble or even fail at building a digital humanities project so that they could pick themselves back up and try again from a different angle.
