I feel like I&#39;m the only one who sees the proposed &quot;Fedora Verified&quot; status not as an arbitrary restriction on voting rights, but as a way to improve community health by essentially creating a &quot;narrative&quot; by way of measurable metrics and structural feedback, something that I think open source could benefit from and might improve contributor retention, especially among nontechnical contributors.
