Every year, January is one of the worst months at work. It is so bad, I can only think that there are eleven other months in the year quite as bad #work #january

The new UK Met Office #weather app includes in app Google adverts. What&#39;s particularly annoying is that I previously paid for the app. To add to this, the new widgets are rather clunky with minimal data. Oh well, now using breezy-weather which I downloaded from Neo Store. Several widgets with this one and it notifies me of Met Office weather alerts.

This afternoon, I have the annual #gas check in our house. I still remember the disaster a few years back when the inspector found - a) I had &quot;turned off&quot; the beeping from the smoke detector near the kitchen with the aid of a hammer (the off button wasn&#39;t working) b) The gas meter at the front of the house had started spewing out gas Needless to say, my gas was cut off and I had to wait for a British Gas engineer to come out and replace the meter.
