  I talked to a stranger about rent prices. He lamented how expensive the new high rise was, but said it is ultimately better, because once people move in to that, the places they leave will be vacant and assumed rented out at lower rate. Landlords can only increase rent at around 2% per year unless their place goes vacant. And I hear so many stories where a landlord is actively trying to get tenants out so they can re-rent at a higher rate. I have all of this anecdotal evidence that the opposite...

  Does anybody happen to know if #ArtemisII will be any farther from or closer to Earth than Collins or others who orbited the Moon? I'm curious who has the record for being farthest from the Earth, tho' I'm sure they'll all approximately similar distances.

  @elena Do you have, or know of, a great resource introducing newbies to #RSS? I find that one of my websites just says "subscribe to RSS" which links to a bunch of XML gobbledy gook that means nothing to most people. Instead I would love it to link to info about how to subribe with an RSS feed reader. Only RSS feed readers need to see the XML gobbledy gook anyways. Thanks!

Does that mean their are going to be making business and logistical decisions using a subscription to a slop machine? Or do they actually mean they are using machine learning techniques to do the analysis?
