  I already had a list of Fediverse Apps as "Featured Profiles" on my own Profile. This still exists. You can add ANY account you want to the Featured Profiles list. But with collections, you have the consent step - if an account is on a platform or server that doesn't have collections enabled, or the user has disabled them, you can't add it. Featured Profiles is probably going to be retired soon. It's contradictory right now with the new consent rules, don't you think?...

  The OpenVibe app is going paid. In the test flight, deep discounts for existing users. I’ve loved trying out a multitude of apps, and understand the need to go paid. Now to choose which of them to keep. A blessed curse to have so many options on the fediverse! #FediApps #MastoApps

  Update on my Immich trial run. I gave up. Apple Photos is always going to be my primary media library. I don't need another media library on top of it, just a backup. I decided to use `icloudpd` which I was running as Step 1 every week anyway. This just syncs a copy of your image library to a local folder or wherever. That's really all I wanted.   Divine, a short video Vine-like experience, had their app go live this week. It includes vintage vines previously archived from the original platform. Instant nostalgia is a great hook.   Holos Discover added a couple of new filters to its API search - minimum likes and minimum boosts. Additionally, you can pass contentType=image|video|audio|text|all|none to the `/api/search` endpoint and it works.
