  New arm and shoulder focus is going well. Doing skull crushers is hard mostly because the model of benches are too long/my arms too short to I keep catching the dumbbell on the end. Starting to see definition and dimples when I flex the tricep.

  So tonight after upgrading my server I found any folder included in samba sharing had been hit by the wannacry computer worm. Meaning all my movies, shows, audio books and music collection have been hit. Currently running the photorec tool overnight to see if I can recover the deleted files 🫤

  I want to draw again so badly, so why can I never pick up the pencil and just draw? I used to just doodle for hours. As a teenager I had my heart set on becoming a comic book artist.

  I resent the downgrade the rivers of London books got on the new versions of the covers. Replacing wonderful colour combos for literal beige. I'm gonna have to go on the hunt for the OG audiobook artwork
