  My husband, King of thoughtful gifts. 25¢ US 2008 minted Quarter. The words, Ua mau ke ea o ka aina i ka pono which mean "The life of the land is perpetuated in righteousness." The saying is attributed to King Kamehameha III on July 31, 1843, when the Hawaiian flag was once more raised after a brief period of unauthorized usurpation of authority by a British admiral.

  When I first moved to Hawaii, Apple created all kinds of videos from my personal photos and videos. I finally realized they were reviewing all the contents of my phone that I stored on their servers in iCloud in 2018. I no longer use iCloud or Google Photos online. I did not choose the corny music. I would have used sounds from the 80's. Apple included the Bacchus gay bar and also my favorite Surfjack Hotel out of hundreds. Missing the Halekulani. #hawaii #first #time

  Waikiki Beach, Honolulu, Hawaii. I really wish Hawaii would follow Vietnam and require all scooters and motorcycles be electric. On an island of condo towers, the noises all get amplified in the garages. As well as the exhaust is usually worse since many do not maintain them burning oil.
