Waikiki Beach, Honolulu, Hawaii. I really wish Hawaii would follow Vietnam and require all scooters and motorcycles be electric. On an island of condo towers, the noises all get amplified in the garages. As well as the exhaust is usually worse since many do not maintain them burning oil.
