  Where are people buying their ePub files from these days? I like the Kobo device I now how. But I want to avoid buying from a store that locks me to a device ecosystem. That is, replacing Kindle store for Kobo store just locks you to another platform. I'm happy with DRM ePub files, as long as I can take them between systems.

  After a 2.5 year hiatus, I have managed to write a new blog post.   Going back even further (7th January 2012)! I sucked at keeping a journal at the best of times. Seems I haven't written anything in that book since 2021 :| Reading these two entries makes me glad that I did write something occasionally.   I have a #homeassistant automation that is dependent upon the system knowing the state of #tado geofencing of "home" or "away".
