  This weekend in Ucluelet, we showcased the Caterpillar 3208 210HP we took out of Nootka Princess, beside the 300HP-continuous electric motor we're replacing it with. Turned out to be an incredibly effective and surprising visual comparison.

  Yesterday, for convoluted reasons, I had coffee aboard a 110’ sailboat with a single liveaboard resident. I cannot conceive of why someone would think it’s appropriate to dedicate such a giant machine to one person. I suggested that he compare liveaboard notes with his neighbors @neauoire@merveilles.town and @rek@merveilles.town but he didn’t seem interested.
