This weekend in Ucluelet, we showcased the Caterpillar 3208 210HP we took out of Nootka Princess, beside the 300HP-continuous electric motor we're replacing it with. Turned out to be an incredibly effective and surprising visual comparison.

@avi@cosocial.ca I worked on gen-sets. one of those 3208s shipped with water in it. froze. block exploded. yeah someone needs to tell them to turn off the oil spigot. electrics are the future. oil burner needs separate radiator/fuel plumbing. exhaust pipe.
