If you're wondering why I've been packing the car for the last two hours: we simply cannot go on a two day camping trip that's 35 minutes away without bringing at least seven musical instruments and four swords

Learned how to sew a buttonhole on a sewing machine today! Reading the manual helped a lot. I made 5 test ones on my scrap fabric and then 8 real ones on my shirt. I am about 14 hours into shirt construction and only the button attachment, hole opening, and pocket attachment are left.

@coral For a while I split the difference and had a driver's license with x and a passport with my birth sex, under the idea that I could present the right thing in each moment. Never really worked out like that but it was a theory that I'd be more likely to encounter a hostile passport control border guard than a hostile local traffic cop? made another T-shirt today! I think it's worse than the first one but this is the placement that worked with the fabric I had left. Which is better?

ok so I did just watch the "game changer" episode of "parlor room", where they play the currently on kickstarter board game. and my opinion is, I don't think I want to play this game, it's not that different and special than other party games. But they were joking about doing expansions. If this is the original flavor game, what I want to play is the "Thirsty Sword Lesbians" flavored expansion.
