Summer Vacation.Overheat not feeling well.Even with air ventilation on does not reduce the heat ln the kitchen.Have to stop operating for the time being.No choice have to take away from nearby Indian Eatery .Fried Mee(Mee Goreng)

Due to last few days every step i made is very painful.Could notsleep properly due to the pain.Doc advise me to rest my leg for a few weeks cos my leg ligament is getting worse due too much walking around.Cos due to my body condition i can't go for operation.Can't blame the doc being mad at me its my fault anyway.🙃
