Due to last few days every step i made is very painful.Could notsleep properly due to the pain.Doc advise me to rest my leg for a few weeks cos my leg ligament is getting worse due too much walking around.Cos due to my body condition i can't go for operation.Can't blame the doc being mad at me its my fault anyway.🙃
